Seeliebe apartment with terrace and lake view

The beautiful apartment (73 gm) was completed in 2023 in a modern and high-quality manner with underfloor heating and spotlights. It is located on the ground floor of a house with 3 other holiday apartments. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200) and a living room with a sofa bed (140x200) ensure relaxation. This means there is space for 4 to 6 people. If announced, a children's travel cot (60x120 cm) is also available free of charge. Particularly noteworthy are the blackout blinds on all windows. Turn day into night. Fly screens also protect against unwanted guests.

The luxuriously equipped main bathroom provides a double vanity, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and spacious walk-in shower. Next door you will find the guest toilet with washing machine and sink. The path continues into the fully equipped, open kitchen-living room with a spacious dining table (180x90). There is a Bosch induction hob with extractor hood, a Bosch oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a French press coffee machine and above all, plenty of storage space for your food and supplies. Dishes, pots and glasses are plentiful. Likewise the basic equipment, consisting of dishwashing liquid, cloths, kitchen roll, garbage bags and tea towels is provided.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €100.00 will be charged with your invoice. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, after the apartment has been inspected.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the renter is obligated to pay a portion of the agreed price. Cancellations must be made in writing at seeliebe.schwerin@gmx.de. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the time remaining until the arrival date and is calculated as follows:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.

• 7–29 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price

• 0–6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the agreed rental price

Schwerin is easily accessible by car or train. The train station is 3 km away. If you are arriving by public transport and require a shuttle, please let us know. We will find a solution. Arrival by train/public transport: Public transport/buses depart from the main train station every half hour on line 11 (destination: Kliniken/Walther Rathenau Straße) to the Walther Rathenaustraße stop. From there, it is approximately a 500m walk to the apartment. The nearest airports are in Hamburg, Lübeck, Berlin, or Rostock.

The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions: for example to the Baltic Sea (45 minutes drive), to Wismar (30 minutes), Rostock (1 hour), Lübeck and Hamburg (1.5 hours) and to numerous castles and manor houses.
