Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The purpose of collecting data is to check your booking request. For this purpose, we store the data you provide to us to the extent that it is necessary to examine the request. Based on the data transmitted that is relevant to the request, we check whether the booking can be approved and therefore confirmed. Sharing of data Your personal data will be processed by the responsible authorities (landlord) as part of the review and processing of the booking.

Storage period

We store your personal data obtained during the booking process for at least six months, depending on how early the booking request is. If you cancel your booking during the booking process, we will destroy the data you provided as part of the booking six months after your notification of the booking cancellation. Once the booking request and booking have been checked, all personal data obtained will be destroyed or deleted.
