House rules

Smoking is not permitted in the Seeliebe holiday apartments.

Barbecues are not permitted in the apartments, especially on the balconies, but only on the property (lawn). A barbecue is available in the ground-floor apartment.

The smoke detectors installed in the apartment must not be covered or tampered with.

The property is maintained using a robotic lawnmower. This model is designed to operate during the day while guests are using the lawn. In an emergency, the robotic lawnmower can be deactivated using a large, red STOP button on the device.

Celebrations, any kind of bachelorette and bachelorette parties, New Year's Eve parties, etc. are not permitted.

The waste must be separated into residual waste, paper/cardboard and packaging and disposed of in the appropriate containers.

The apartments must be left in the condition in which they were found.

There is a night-time quiet period between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Charging electric vehicles with electricity from the holiday apartments is not permitted.
