Cancellation

If the rental agreement is cancelled, the tenant may be obligated to pay a portion of the agreed price. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to seeliebe.schwerin@gmx.de. The amount of the payment depends on the time until the day of arrival and is calculated as follows:

• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Any rental fee already paid will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant/guest.

• 7–29 days before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed rental price will be charged and retained. 50% of the rental price already paid will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant/guest.

• 0–6 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 90% of the agreed rental price will be charged and retained. 10% of the rental price already paid will be refunded to the account specified by the tenant/guest.
